Salary: $50-55/hr - sign on bonus up to $8,000! 

Shift: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm

Requirements:

1+ year of experience working in Skilled Nursing, Long Term Care, Assisted Living, or similar environment 

WA State Registered Nurse RN license

Strong organizational and communication skills 

Day-to-Day

• Oversee day-to-day clinical operations of the building
• Support and supervise nursing staff
• Attend and contribute to internal meetings and external conferences
• Conduct audits and ensure compliance with nursing administrative tasks
• Assist with resident discharges and follow-up care coordination
• Provide hands-on support to nurses during high-demand periods
• Ensure quality standards and regulatory compliance are consistently met
